For our wedding, my husband and I knew that we wanted a day that would reflect blending our five children (and our daughter in law, and granddaughter) and be all about our family and the fun and insane life we have built together! We also knew that realistically we didn’t have the time to plan our wedding ourselves due to our busy lives and our hectic and demanding company.
We initially hired Jennifer as our wedding planner to do ‘partial planning’ as despite my reality of having no time for anything, I truly wanted to be a part of planning my wedding. A few months in and after seeing how Jennifer handled helping us select our first vendor, I realized that I could trust her to handle everything that I truly did not have time for and handed the reins over to her completely!
Jennifer took the time to truly understand who my husband and I are, what we wanted our wedding day to look like and was sensitive to our complicated blended family and the challenges that we faced during our planning process – which was almost two years! She took the time to really select potential vendors that she knew we would work well with (and she was right every time) and left all decision making up to us! She kept us on track with timing, budget and vision repeatedly and handled us getting off track at times very delicately as she pulled us back in to our vision!
Eight months before our wedding, my husband to be was diagnosed with cancer and Jennifer handled that with absolute sensitivity as we went through multiple surgeries, until we knew that we would be okay to keep things as planned, and she was cheering along with us when he was given the all clear three months before our wedding as ‘cancer free!’
On our wedding day, Jennifer handled all of the vendors, timing etc. and honestly, our wedding was more beautiful and the details were absolutely incredible than I ever could have imagined! I can’t speak highly enough about her professionalism during the stressful parts of planning and putting on a wedding, and in her calm demeanor in dealing with highly emotional brides, grooms and teenage sons who are walking their mom down the aisle! When I think of our wedding, Jennifer is a part of the memories that I will cherish as she became a loving part of our family that I will forever be grateful for!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!! We both had an amazing time. The entire day was absolutely perfect. I’m not sure I’ve completely stopped smiling yet. Everyone seems to have had a wonderful time and can’t stop gushing about how great everything was. We both want to thank you so much for helping make everything run so smoothly and making sure I didn’t hear about anything negative all day. I was as cool as a cucumber all day and it’s honestly because I knew everything was under control! Walking in to both the chapel and the reception room, everything looked stunning and exactly how I pictured it. We could not have asked for a better coordinator for our day.
Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and helped us tie up all of our loose ends. She is extremely organized, easy to work with, and really does not let anything slide! I initially did not think that I needed a wedding coordinator because I wanted to do most things on my own. After hiring Jennifer, I told her that I didn’t know how I would have managed without her. She looked after all of the details the month before when things got stressful and overwhelming. She made sure my day ran smoothly so all I had to worry about was enjoying every second. All of our meetings leading up to our wedding reassured us that Jennifer had everything under control. She is truly a gem who gets to know her couples and see their vision come to life. One of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning journey!
Our wedding could not have been more perfect! I had worked with Jennifer ( aka the Wedding Pixie) on a number of weddings and could not believe the amount of work that goes in to coordinating a perfect day and ensuring that everything behind the scenes is taken care of so that the new couple has nothing to worry about. So when I got engaged it was a no brainer that I instantly knew I wanted Jennifer to do the month of coordination for me! Planning a wedding can almost be like a full time job…and working a full time job on top of it all can feel overwhelming. Jennifer took all of the little details off our plates. She listened to every detail and vision we had for the day, took notes, followed up with all of our vendors on numerous occasions created timelines for the vendors and made sure everything on the day of ran smooth. From my perspective as a bride I was able to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about what was happening behind the scenes or any of the little details that could have potentially gone wrong, Jenn took care of it all. Jenn is extremely professional, organized and has great attention to detail and well worth the price, not only that but she is just an overall lovely human being and super easy going! My husband and I used Jennifer as our wedding coordinator for our wedding this August! Right from the beginning she was professional, kind and organized! She was exactly what we were looking for! From our very first meeting to the days leading up to the wedding Jennifer was there to answer any questions we had. She was outgoing and worked well with all members of our wedding team! She made sure to pay attention to every small detail in order for our day to be perfect! We highly recommend using Jennifer, you will not be disappointed!
As a wedding planner myself, I had the opportunity to work with Jen when I was first starting out in the industry. I instantly fell in love with her bubbly personality and amazing organizational skills – I knew right away that she would be the one to coordinate my wedding the day of! About a week before my wedding, our in house DJ fell through. Jen was truly our saving grace, as she secured a new DJ for us one week before our wedding – and they were just amazing. Jennifer is nothing short of phenomenal! Anyone who selects her to coordinate and plan their wedding is going to have a flawless day!
Planning a wedding in any capacity is no easy feat, especially when trying to balance a full-time job and other responsibilities with vendor meetings, seating plans, sending invitations, etc.
We cannot begin to express how lovely it was to work with Jennifer. She immediately alleviated stress by connecting us with reputable vendors that were within our budget, all of whom we eventually hired (and loved). Her expert knowledge of the industry allowed her to make suggestions that not only made planning easier, but also actually saved us money!
Compared to other planners (and we did ample research) Jennifer’s fees were the most reasonable out of anyone else that we considered. And, in my opinion, her service went way above and beyond! She was always efficient and prompt with her responses, even for the small things that weren’t necessarily time-sensitive. Nothing was ever forgotten about or delayed.
I was perhaps most thankful to have Jennifer there on our wedding day. As expected, nothing ever goes exactly according to plan, but I didn’t even find out that there were a few ‘hiccups’ until Jennifer came to me and informed me that they’d already been taken care of.
Jennifer, all I have to say is that I’m only sorry that you can’t stay with me to help me plan my life on a daily basis! Your positive energy and fun-loving personality are two things that I will never forget.

The event, taking place March 8th and it now being June, is still top of mind with Anna & I. Not to mention, the feedback from family and friends has be nothing short of phenomenal!
